Satisfaction Guarantee

I guarantee satisfaction with all of my products. If for some reason a trigger does not fit, or work correctly, or I accidentally send out the wrong one, I will replace it free of charge upon return of the defective trigger. In these rare cases, I will cover the customer’s shipping costs to return the trigger..

If you are dissatisfied with any of my products, I offer a full refund upon return of the product. Products shipped within the U.S must be returned within 15 days of purchase date. International orders must be returned within 25 days to be eligible.

Breakage Warranty

This is kind of pointless. In all of the years I have manufactured triggers, I have never had a customer report that his/her trigger had broken. However, if it does happen, I will replace it free of charge—if proof of breakage can be produced.

I will not replace or repair triggers that the customer has modified, or intentionally damaged.


I will ship anywhere in the world, domestic, and international customers are welcome to order at their own convenience.

When inquiring about the status of an order, please include the name and e-mail address as it appears on the Paypal account that was used to purchase the trigger, this will allow me to process your request faster.
